About me:
I am a culinary student in Florence, currently working on expanding my knowledge and technique in Pastry & Baking. One of my first experiences in Italy was through a small class in Tuscany in 2024 where I was introduced to the basics of Italian cooking. I followed up with Bread and Pastry courses over the summer in Florence. When I am not in classes I do freelance catering to a small customer base and have previously supplied to a local cafe.
My curiosity and enthusiasm for Italian Baking has helped to move me forward in this journey. I hope to continue my education with the American University of Florence in the Spring of 2027.
